CoolDrive Congratulates Career Advancement Program Graduates
5 Aug, 2024
The inaugural group of participants of CoolDrive Auto Parts’ Career Advancement Program have successfully completed the program.
The eight team members from across Australia and New Zealand - Josh Furst (VIC), Breanna Wiltjer (NSW), Hayden Brown (VIC), Joe Connelly (NZ), Paul Basha (NSW), Mitch Mackenzie (WA), Jason Barker (QLD), and Bruce Saunders (QLD) have each received a Diploma of Leadership and Management.
“We are thrilled to extend our sincere congratulations to the first group of successful participants, the inaugural ‘graduates’, of our Career Advancement Program. This is a significant milestone, and we as a business are immensely proud of the dedication and hard work that this group put in,” Scott Williamson, General Manager – Training and Development at CoolDrive Auto Parts said.
“Being the very first group to go through the CAP program, they all faced unique challenges and uncertainties. In many ways, they were our pioneers, helping us navigate uncharted territory. Their perseverance, resilience, and unwavering commitment have set a high standard for all future cohorts. Their journey was not always easy, but their determination has paved the way for others and established a legacy of excellence.
“All eight are still valued team members, with three already advancing their careers at CoolDrive, namely Breanna at Smeaton Grange, Josh at the Blackburn Distribution Centre, and Jason at Townsville, which is a terrific endorsement of the program.”
The Career Advancement Program was launched in late-2022, with CoolDrive engaging Registered Training Organisation, EDB Training to ensure the highest quality of training.
A proudly family owned and operated business, CoolDrive aims to deliver quality service experiences for its customers, while still supporting its team members in developing their careers across its diverse landscape.
