VDO Rebrands to Continental

One of CoolDrive Auto Parts’ largest suppliers has confirmed a significant rebrand, with VDO original electronics and mechatronics spare parts, now branded as Continental.

This change came into effect during September 2020, with the commencement of a gradual changeover of the product packaging to the distinctive Continental branding and striking yellow-and-black colour scheme.

Despite the update in colours, the products inside the packaging remain identical - being the same original spare parts that VDO (now Continental), supplies as quality original equipment, just with a fresh new look.

The changeover will be an ongoing process; therefore CoolDrive’s customers may either receive the article(s) ordered in the new Continental packaging or in the familiar VDO packaging.

This brand update will be noticed across approximately 1,500 SKUs in CoolDrive’s Engine Management and Electrical Accessories categories.
